CYDAD is led by Chief Executive Officer with a sound technical team of staff with expertise on leadership and management of technical financial and logical administrative related matters.


MS. ELINAIKE MANDARI MOLLEL

MR. OCTAVIAN MGAYA
Program Manager
Mr Octavian Peter. Mgaya is a Political Scientist by professional. Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Management of Social Development, majoring in Project Management. He has over 10 years working experience in Developmental Projects Management in various sector including Education, Early Childhood Development, Youth Engagement and Community Sensitization and Advocacy. He Worked as Project Officer and coordinator for various girl’s empowerment programmes implementation, Researcher and Gender Analyst, Policy, Monitoring and Evaluation and National Facilitator of Interventions for international standards for women and girl’s empowerment.
He joined Centre for Children Young People and Adult Education (CYDAD) in 2017. Currently, he is a Program Manager responsible for developing, Organizing, coordinating and Implementing of CYDAD project and intervention both in Dar es Salaam and Coastal Region in Tanzania.

MR. KESKEI WAMBURA
Assistant Program Manager
Kisiel M. Wambura is a sociologist by professional, holder Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Community Development advisor in Social, Political and Economic issues, where he has devoted 90 percent of his practices for Community Development, Early Childhood Development (ECD), Care for Child Development (CCD) and Social Accountability Monitoring (SAM) for the last 10 years. He served as facilitator and the consultant on Organization Development to more than 10 Community Based Organizations (CBO’s) and 7 Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) in matter pertaining Early childhood Development (ECD) program, Gender Inclusion and Climate programs as well as Social Accountability (SAM) program in Tanzania.
He joined Centre for Children Young People Adult Education and Development (CYDAD) in 2021. Currently, he served as Assistant program manager to develop full scale project plans. Assemble and coordinate project staff. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, mobilize financial resources, connectivity with partner and donors, secure more funds and strengthens the organization development. Advice the Executive Director to build, develop and grow any organization’s relationships vital to the success of the projects.

LISA NORMAN
Communication Officer
Lisa Norman is a committed and passionate professional, Lisa is dedicated to empowering communities through education. For the past five years, she has been integral to furthering the vision of the Centre for Children, Young People and Adult Education (CYDAD) as the Communication and Partnership Manager, developing and nurturing relationships with donors and stakeholders.
Her strategic communications have enabled CYDAD to secure the necessary funding and resources to support the most vulnerable groups in the community; children, youth, and women. By effectively conveying the organization’s vision and impact, she has attracted new partners while deepening connections with existing ones. Sharing success stories has fostered a better understanding of the issues facing the community.
These efforts have led to the development of new educational programs and life skills training for thousands of young people, empowering them to seize valuable opportunities. Actively seeking partnerships, she ensures that donor funding creates models that can be easily replicated in other communities.
As a humanitarian and Chief Youth Advocate for the Defense of Children International, Lisa is passionate about creating inclusive environments where every individual can thrive. Believing that education is a powerful catalyst for change, she works tirelessly to inspire others to join CYDAD’s mission. Through her advocacy, she shares her story and work globally, making a significant impact.
Through dedication, she continues to build a legacy of hope and empowerment for future generations.

MR. GEOFREY AUKO
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Geofrey O Auko is a Projects Manager and Education Manager, Holder of Masters Degree in Projects Management (MPM) and Bachelor of Arts in Education (BAED). He has a widespread experience in Education Projects in its plan, design and implementation. Over a decade now, he has worked with both local and international organizations in Tanzania as Projects manager, Projects Officer, projects director for both Educational and Children's Projects. Core Projects he has managed are mostly of Education especially the ECD that falls under the School Improvements Program ( SIP), School Readiness Component, community libraries and the Primary School Components-literacy and numeracy Projects.
He joined Centre for Children, Young People And Adult Education (CYDAD) in 2010. Currently, he served as Projects Technical Person in which he participates in projects planning and designing at CYDAD national offices. He works to ensure CYDAD projects are entirely implemented in line with the set goals of the organization. He ensure sustainability of the implemented projects are maintained. He is also working closely with the M&E department in ensuring the goals of the department are met and hence overall organizational objectives are fulfilled.

MS. HAPPINESS OSWALD
Field Officer
Happiness Oswald has worked for CYDAD from 2009 as volunteer, uplift her studies while working with CYDAD up to Master Degree in Sociology from Open University Tanzania. She became Field Officer at CYDAD to date with enough skills in community mobilization, sensitization, trainings, organize parent and community meetings, provide psychosocial to HIV/AIDS population, and a child specialist reaching out community with ALL aspects of Early Child Hood Interventions ECD with support government official and community at large.
Before Happiness has worked as Community Based Officer - Tunajali USAID project addressing women and girls with HIV/AIDS issues. Field Officer Muhimbili University of Health and allied Science in HIV/AIDs to Risks population groups and Researcher at Ifakara Health Institute dealing with vitamins A for neonatal child in 2010/2012

MR. SAMWEL GODFREY
Accountant
Samwel Godfrey has previous worked with CYDAD back in 2014 to 2019with a project funded by Foundation for Civil Society FCS as an Accountant a project on Advocacy on Tanzania new Child policy 2009. With marketing and accountancy background CYDAD was able to implement a three years project successful. He worked with other organization thereafter and decide to join back CYDAD and make it more visible to our clients children, young people , adult and donor.
He voluntary take lead in field works activities to support other staff when need arises.
