Mrs. ELINAIKE MANDARI MOLLEL
- Mrs Elinaike Mandari Mollel the Founder for Centre for Children Young People and Adult Education (CYDAD) Non-Profit organization. Our vision is improving life of children, young people, women and men, ensuring equal opportunities, high quality of services, competent and community responsible for their life. She is Licensed Psychologist with 20 years’ experience in children, young people, women and men related matters to provide psychosocial support, raise awareness, mobilize public participation, conduct trainings, support and influence policies towards improvement of lives of individuals.
- She previously worked with Marie Stopes Tanzania coordinating various projects on sexual reproductive Health for Young People and Adults. She is an Alumni of Uganda Christian University (UCU) where she graduated with Master Degree in Counseling Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Children and Young from Institute of Social Studies Netherlands (ISS) and BA Education from University of Dar es Salaam Tanzania.

Mrs. MARY MNIWASI
- With legal background and Vast experience in Human right and Civil Engagement Employment Laws, Corporate Laws, Criminal, Civil Law and Procedures. Her Legal experience enable her to practice as an advocate. Mrs Mary Mniwasi has Bachelor and Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Dar es Salaam and is currently Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange in Tanzania. She is a member of Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and other organization outside the county.
- She has been involved with CYDAD since 2010 both in Dar es Salaam and Coastal Region. she is honored and executed to have been appointed as the new Chair Person of CYDAD in December 2023. As a mother she is in touch with community work despite her position as Chair Person, give her time to reach out community especially young mothers, children and community at large at the grassroot level on how best to reach their goals, mentoring group of women and men on entrepreneurship development and innovations. She facilitated the setup of a daycare centre and supported vulnerable children with chairs and table. The little children were guided to appreciate the gifts by taking a special day JULLA DAY and have a special song during her birthday.

Mr. JACKSON BULILI
Board Member
He is an Assistant Lecturer, Researcher & Consultant at the Institute of Rural Planning (IRDP), Tanzania. Hold MA in Economics with over eight years’ experience in the community education sector, social projects, Agricultural sector, research, youth training, and consultancy work in Tanzania and Netherlands.
Areas of major experiences include conducting assessment studies, feasibility studies, baseline survey, project management and evaluation, youth and women group training, agriculture value chains, agribusiness, marketing, live hoods, development studies, policy analysis, and sustainable development.
He has been involved with CYDAD since 2023 as Board Member devote his time in improving our project write up and strategies on sustainability measure of organization in agricultural business plan.
Dr. EVELINE MDUMA
Board Member
Dr Evelyn Mduma, A Senior Lecturer Department of Finance at University of Dar es Salaam, Specialist for over twenty years’ experience in Project Management, Research, Risk Management and Finance. She is committed to assist young graduate from university in their career development and mentor a number of young people in entrepreneurship and business skills.
She is competent and skilled with professional acquired to train different groups of people, voluntarily train CYDAD staff on leadership and management skills and plan more on staff training and community at large for sustainability of the organization. She is honored to have been appointed as one of CYDAD Board member in December 2023.
Mr. ANATORY DIDI
Board Member
Anatory Kanoino Fundi Didi is an experienced Social Psychologist currently working as a Freeland Consultant in the Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) services in communities and High Learning Institutions, with multiple skills, experienced project management for over 18 years in the field of HIV Testing services and other Behavioral Risk Prevention for HIV, TB, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW). He has worked with Amref Health Africa as a coordinators of HIV prevention for AGYW Project with support from Global Fund and manage different projects. He joined CYDAD as a Board member in 2020 tireless to shape CYDAD strategic objectives and programmes to ensures it attracts more funding from donor. He is honored to be appointed as a Board member of CYDAD in December 2023 .
Mrs. MARY LUWILO
Board Member
A retired civil servant during Mwalimu Nyerere regime. She worked as a District Commissioner in Coast region. Mrs. Luwilo uses her retirement time wisely. She voluntary visit the centre once a week to have a day session with young mothers discussing matters affecting their life such as early marriages, school dropout, parenting, child care and sanitation, livehood among other topics.
She facilitated the launching of CYDAD new premises and made a remarkable speech before the guest of honor Hon Sylvesty Koka Member of Parliament in December 2023. She is honored to be appointed as a Board member of CYDAD in December 2023.
Mr. ABAS KIKONYO
Board Member
Mr. Abasi Kikonyo is current the Headmaster of Visiga secondary school a Government school located at Kibaha town council. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Educational Management and has over 16 years of experience in the field of education, serving in various by roles including being a teacher, discipline master, second master, before taking on position as the Head of the school.
Mr. Abasi is known for his collaborative leadership style, fostering a positive school culture where he engaged the local communities for school development plans. He has helped both in and out of school adolescents to raise a collective voice through a joint to Education right for ALL and form parental and community group to advocate for the course. He is honored to be appointed as a Board member of CYDAD in December 2023 .
Ms. SOPHIA KOMBA
Board Member
Sophia is a founder and Executive Director for Centre Against Gender Based Violence (CAGBV). She is a teacher, with higher education of Masters degree in Gender Studies. Particularly, she is gender activist and human rights fighter, she dedicated to promote marginalized women, children youth and other vulnerable groups to build them with self-esteem, in order to overcome stigma and all types of gender-based violence (GBV). She uses theatre performance to promote and to deliver messages on human rights issues .
She served in different institutional boards of trustees such as Legal and Human Rights Center (LHRC) Board, The Media Council of Tanzania (MCT), Tanzania Network Against Alcohol Abuse (TAAnet) in Tanzania and the Board Chair of East Africa Alcohol Policy Alliance (EAAPA). She is honored to be appointed as a Board member of CYDAD in December 2023 .
Mr. FLUGENCE KIBIGI
Board Member
Mr. Flugence Kibiki is an experienced Architectural expert for over 20 years in the field. He has excellent knowledge of building construction system, materials and industry associated work. He lead, direct and collaborate with the design Architect, the development of Design Development documents including drawings and outline specifications . He is registered with Board of Architects and Quality Surveyors and Architects Association in Tanzania (AAT) .
He still on the process of designing the building of Centre for Children Young People and Adult Education CYDAD on how the premises will look the coming 20 years. He is honored to be elected as Board member in December 2023.
Ms. IRENE FUGARA

Irene Fugara is the Executive Director of Bright Jamii Initiative and CEO of Thrive Company Limited. In both roles, she is dedicated to enhancing quality education through comprehensive systems for childhood learning and development. Irene specializes in creating institutional-wide frameworks that foster optimal childhood development, positively impacting communities, schools, and parents. With a background in law and certifications in organizational development, childhood psychology, social-emotional learning, early childhood development and character development, she is committed to advancing educational quality in Tanzania.
Her leadership in mentorship, policy advocacy and organizational development has significantly contributed to a sustainable and nurturing environment for children in Tanzania. She is honored to be appointed as a Board member of CYDAD in December 2023 .
Mr. DANIEL MANDARI
Board Member
Mr Daniel Mandari an experienced Architectural expert for over 30 years now .Worked with Government and now as a retired architect work in his own private firm. He designed a small building for CYDAD which was official lunched by Hon S. Koka Member of Parliament in Kibaha District in December 2023.He is still designing buildings for CYDAD.
He is registered with Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors and Architects Association of Tanzania (AAT). He is honored to be appointed as a Board member of CYDAD December 2023.
Ms. SOPHIA LAKEY
Board Member
CPA Sophia Brown Lekey is currently working with Arusha Lutheran Medical Centre as Chief Internal Auditor since 2021. She holds a Masters on Business Administration-Corporate Management issued by Mzumbe. University Dar es Salaam Business School, Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and approved by Board of Accountancy and Auditor Tanzania. She has an experience of more than fifteen years in accounting and audit.
She has been sharing her accounting and management skills in CYDAD since 2015 to empower the community on financial knowledge for them to reach their goals. She is honored to be appointed as a Board member of CYDAD in December 2023 .
